I have spent the last 10 years working to build better processes and create great outcomes for developers and end users. I have a well rounded experience as a developer, a team member, and a leader in organizations. I have had expereince in a number of market segments and roles focusing on creating operational excellence by driving changes needed to make products more stable, creating actionable monitoring and alerting, building the right solution for the right stage of the project. I consistently aim to reduce costs and build long term relationships with clients to drive better business outcomes. I constantly strive to stay up to date with technology and create a working environment where myself and others can grow and improve while delivering faster better software.
David Arena
Managing Partner
I am a diligent and thorough technology leader with more than 12 years of experience gained in a variety of roles and industries. My recent career has seen me operate as a contractor and business owner managing up to 6 projects at any one time, demonstrating my ability to prioritise my workload and hit multiple concurrent deadlines. To complement my technical skills, I am innately analytical and utilise my relationship building skills to grow a robust network to ensure I remain at the cutting edge of the industry. As a leader I believe in building capability within a team and establishing successful strategies to improve effectiveness. Currently seeking a fresh challenge to continue my professional development and contribute to a high performance team.
